FAIC is glad to announce the inauguration of the AI-NURECC Direct Infopoint scheduled for 8th March 2019 at the Municipality of Vasto (Italy).
The AI-NURECC Direct Infopoint is a service designed by the FAIC through the technical and and scientific support of the European Programmes Office of the Municipality of Ancona in the framework of the AI-NURECC initiative.
The Infopoint, formally launched last January 10th, represents a strategic tool for building and consolidating relations between civil society, local authorities and European institutions and for raising local communities’ awareness on cross-border cooperation issues.
Through the activation of a front-office and back-office service, the Infopoint will provide information and advice on European opportunities in the Adriatic-Ionian area for local authorities, businesses, youth, NGOs, Universities and CSOs, and useful feedbacks regarding the EU Strategy for the Adriatic Ionian Region (EUSAIR).
The opening event will be an opportunity to discuss the existing tools to support the territorial development of the A-I area and to open new perspectives for dialogue between local administrations and citizens.
